Use "Gmail App" for your domain email

1- Open the “Gmail App” and click on the three bar lines on the left top corner to select “settings”

2- Select “Other” option at the bottom

3- Add your full email and click next

4- Select Personal “POP3”

5- Enter Your Password and click next

6- Enter the incoming server settings:

 

– Username (your full email): [email protected]

 

– Password: your email password (case sensitive)

 

– Server (pop3 of your domain): POP3.example.com

7- If you see a warning click “Edit Settings”

8- Make sure;

– username is your “full email”,

– password is correct ,

– incoming server is starting with pop3

– port is 110 and,

– “security type” is NONE

9- Enter your outgoing server settings

 

– username: your full email like [email protected]

 

– password case-sensitive

 

– SMTP server: smtp.example.com

10- Select options suitable for your needs
